Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Winspark User Agreement and all related Winspark Policies.
The users of Winspark are hereinafter offered a chance to win prizes as part of occasional tournaments, promotions or special offers for meeting/completing a required achievement, set by Winspark and subjected solely to its auditing and supervision.
1. Eligibility for Participation in the The Gold Rush Tournament
1. Winspark users who wish to participate in the The Gold Rush Tournament must comply with Winspark User Agreement and related Policies and with the said set of rules (The " The Gold Rush Tournament Rules").
2. In order to participate in the The Gold Rush Tournament , the player must be at least 18 years of age - or the legal age in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides by law (if above the age of 18 years old).
3. All details provided during the registration process must be accurate, true, complete, and up to date. Changes after winnings will not be accepted and winning will be void. Winspark reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account if abuse is suspected.
4. The player has to have made at least one successful deposit so far.
5. Prizes offered by Winspark tournaments are intended for genuine recreational players only.
6. Winspark officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and/or members of their households are not eligible to participate in The Gold Rush Tournament.
2. The Gold Rush Tournament Procedure:
1. The timeframe of the Winspark is from January 26th, 2021, 12:00 pm UTC until February 02 , 2021, 23:59 UTC.
2. During the The Gold Rush Tournament, players are measured by “Points” (‘Tournament Points’) reflecting their accumulated wagering in the Tournament timeframe (as set in paragraph 2.1). At the end of the tournament, the 25 leading players (those who had accumulated the most “Points”) will receive prizes from a total worth of 41,225 (as set in the table in paragraph 2.6).
3. The accumulated “points” gained by the player will be calculated as the square root of the player’s total wagers during the tournament timeframe (as set in paragraph 2.1).
4. Any player that meets the eligibility requirements will accumulate “Points” with which s/he can move up in the The Gold Rush Tournament ranking.
5. Participating players have their wagering amount and “Points” measured only within the tournament timeframe (as set in paragraph 2.1).
6. The top 25 players at the end of the The Gold Rush Tournament (those that wagered and gained the most “Points” during the tournament as set in paragraph 2.1) will be awarded with the following prizes, based on their respective rank:
7. All prizes in the table in paragraph 2.6 must be wagered 30 times before you can cash out.
8. Players can check their tournament status online (total accumulated Points acquired by each player will appear at the top of the leaderboard/chart on the website). The Winning Players Chart will include the first letter of the player’s first name and the first letter of their surname, rank in the tournament, and the rank’s respective prize.
9. The winners will be announced on the website and may also be announced in all other modes of communication used by Winspark (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Press and/or any other Marketing releases - without revealing their personal information and in accordance with Winspark Privacy Policy).
3. Conditions for Receiving a Prize
1. Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple registrations will be viewed as abuse and will automatically void all winnings and result in all accounts being terminated.
2. Prior to releasing any winnings, all details in the player’s account must be fully verified and authenticated, and the player must provide, within five (5) business days of the Tournament end, such valid identification or other information or documentation as the Company, in its sole discretion, believes is necessary. The required documents will include, inter alia, proof of identity - including a valid identification card, the credit card under your name, address, contact email address and a valid phone number. Failure to do so will void the winners’ eligibility to receive any prizes.
3. Changes in player’s details after winnings will not be accepted and winning will be void.
4. Winspark will take efforts in attempting to contact and validate the player’s personal details in case the player has won a prize; however, it is the winning player’s sole responsibility to contact the support team/account manager in order to claim the prize and supply all required documents. If a player won a prize but did not contact support successfully within five (5) business days of the Tournament end, the player will not be eligible to receive the prize.
5. We believe that your good fortune is your business. We keep all our members' winnings and prizes strictly confidential and private. Our respect to privacy and confidentiality notwithstanding, we may publicist certain details for promotional purposes - including the prize and a winner’s initials. By accepting any prize and/or winnings, you agree and give your consent in advance to the company to publicize such details. You also acknowledge that you will fully cooperate in this regard with the company’s representatives.
6. Winspark reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any player account if abuse is suspected.
7. The prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and are designated for personal and individual use only.
8. The player alone is responsible for reporting and paying any relevant authority any taxes or other levy on any prizes and/or winnings collected from Winspark.
4. Amendments and/or Termination of The Gold Rush Tournament
1. Winspark reserves the right to amend or terminate The Gold Rush Tournament at its sole and exclusive discretion. In such an event, all prizes will automatically be rendered invalid.
2. Should Winspark decide, at its sole and exclusive discretion, that a player has failed to comply with any of the The Gold Rush Tournament terms of use and/or with Winspark User Agreement and related Policies, the company reserves the right to terminate the relevant player’s tournament participation.
